Transformational Leadership Case Study
Everyone has and might exhibit leadership traits, characteristics, and behaviours in their life and in their work. The purpose of case study is to analyze and critique the knowledge,
behaviour, and values underlying the leadership practices currently exercised in the organizational setting. The primary goal of this assignment is for me to make connections
between the case and real-life situations.
